IAR 202

This is my board with the rendered sections and perspective.

IAR 202

This is my final floor plan rendered with my color palette.

IAR-202

This is an adjacency chart in which Micah and I created.  This helps to determine what areas should go where.

IAR-202

This perspective shows a small conference room and part of an office.  It helps to display a lowered ceiling in this area.  To begin with, I had gridded acoustical tile in these areas but later changed it to spaced beams to give a lowered feel but still keeps the space open above.

IAR-202

This perspective displays my idea of an exploded glass box conference room.  This gives the employees a specific area to meet but it also stays open to give the sense of flowing through it.

IAR-202

This perspective displays another area in which the ceiling is lowered which helps in the transition.  This also shows a curved wall which is shown throughout my plan.
This perspective displays the lobby/reception area with the idea of what I felt would be effective as far as the overhead goes.

These are the sections of my first floor plan.  They are very basic at this point with no furniture or detail in them.

IAR-202

This is my final floor plan and it has many changes and revisions.

IAR-202

This is my first floor plan for the project.  We decided it needed more curves to really emphasis the concept of fluidity.
